Court Booking
IBC Long-Term Court Booking Policy
Secure the same regular court time each week at a discounted long-term rate. Long-term bookings run for 12-month periods, subject to court availability and IBC management approval. The terms below apply to every long-term booking.
Booking Term & Payment
- Booking is for a 12-month period.
- Full payment must be made in advance by bank transfer.
- The booking is not secured until full payment is received.
- Confirmed payments are non-refundable.
Weeks Off & Court Changes
- Customers may nominate up to four weeks off before the booking is finalised.
- IBC may relocate a booking to an equivalent court where operationally required.
- Sessions cancelled by IBC will receive an appropriate alternative and will not count as nominated weeks off.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations, missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Renewal & Transfers
- Renewal and payment must be completed by 31 March each year.
- Future renewal rates may change.
- Bookings cannot be transferred without prior approval.
By confirming and paying for a long-term booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
